would like to invite you to the 2007 Subaru Success Camp on the IMC course –
July 27th to July 29th, 2007.
Whether you are racing IMC 2007, planning to
race it in 2008 or interested in educating yourself about racing Ironman, this
camp will make your Ironman experience successful. Lisa’s on course mental,
tactical and nutritional expertise will be shared and then practiced during the
hands-on portion of the camp by swimming, biking and running on the course! For
IMC 2007 competitors, the timing of this camp will allow you to practice your
new mental, tactical and nutritional knowledge just learned for the next 9
weeks. For others, the knowledge can
be applied to any Ironman and might be the deciding factor when signing the
Ironman entry form.

Half Ironman AND the Desert Half Ironman for either 2007 or 2008.

“Lisa’s camp was simply the best investment I made in my preparation for
IMC. She provided invaluable advice on all aspects of Ironman Training –
both generally and specifically related to IMC. Sport by sport, Lisa reviewed
her approach in both training and racing the actual course. The supported ride
